Raw Chocolate Coconut Bites

These vegan coconut bites are made with shredded coconut, cacao powder and agave syrup.

  • 3 cups shredded coconut (organic, unsulphured)
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt (sea salt or kosher salt)


  • Place coconut, cocoa powder, agave syrup vanilla, salt into a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until a dough that holds when pressed forms. 
  • Use a tablespoon to form balls, and roll them in the extra coconut. Store at room temperature in the air tight container or the refrigerator.
