Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potatoes

- 2 sweet potatoes large, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon thyme fresh leaves
Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin slices.
Place garlic, oil, butter, salt, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and thyme leaves in a large bowl and mix well. Throw in sweet potatoes and mix until well coated.
Prepare baking dish and arrange coated sweet potatoes stacking them one on top of the other.
Bake sweet potatoes for 40 minutes.
