Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Easy and Healthy snack recipe! Peanut Butter Energy Bites take about 15 minutes to make with only 5 ingredients!
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (dairy free)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
Combine peanut butter, maple syrup and sea salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add flax seeds and chocolate chips, and mix. Next add oats and press with hands.
Roll into 12 balls between your hands.
Store in the air tight container for up to a week at room temperature. They do not need to be refrigergated.
