  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In the oven safe pan (cast iron or stainless steel), cook sausage until browned. Add broccoli and spinach and continue cooking together with sausage.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Add to the pan with sausage and mix together.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, 1-½ cups of the mozarella cheese, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  • Add it to the pan with cooked sausage.
  • Now mix in ¾ jar of sauce.
  • Top with the rest of the sauce and mozarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
