Quick Peach Bread
Easy, quick bread your entire family will love!
- ½ cup vegetable oil or olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large peach finely peeled and diced
- ½ cup pecans
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Add the eggs and oil to a large bowl and whisk together.
Add sugar to the mixture and mix well.
Add sour cream, vanilla chopped peaches and chopped pecans, mix well.
