Ingredients
2/3cupcreamy peanut butter(unsalted)
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips(dairy free)
1cupold fashioned oats
1/2cupground flax seeds
Instructions
Combine peanut butter, maple syrup and sea salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add flax seeds and chocolate chips, and mix. Next add oats and press with hands.
Roll into 12 balls between your hands.
Store in the air tight container for up to a week at room temperature. They do not need to be refrigergated.
