Large non-stick pot
Ingredients
6cupslucky charm cereal
¼cupsalted butter
10ozmini marshmallows
8ozwhite melting chocolate
Instructions
Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving enough paper overhang to easily lift the bars out of the dish. Lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt Butter and Marshmallows
Melt butter in a large, non-stick pot over medium heat. Once the butter has melted add in the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
Add Lucky Charm Cereal
Remove from heat and fold in the Lucky Charm cereal. Make sure each piece of cereal is coated with the melted marshmallows.
Transfer to the Baking Sheet
Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish. Lightly press the mixture until it is even in this dish and secure.
Cut into Squares after 2 Hours
Allow the treats to set for at least 2 hours. Carefully remove the cereal mixture from the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into even squares.
Dip in White Chocolate
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. Melt white chocolate according to the package instructions.
Hold each treat and dip the bottom into the melted white chocolate. Place the treats on your prepared sheet pan, white chocolate side up.
Chill
Allow to set for about an hour at room temperature or 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
