¼teaspooncinnamon
1cupunsalted butter, melted
1½cupsbrown sugar
2large eggs
½tbsp orange zest
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupwhite chocolate chips
½cupdried cranberries
Cream Cheese Frosting
8ozcream cheese, room temperature
1½cupspowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupdried cranberries, chopped
½cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, salt, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until the sugar mixture starts to lighten in color. Add the eggs, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing well. Mix in the flour mixture just until combined. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Allow the bars to cool completely.
In your mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
Spread the frosting over the cooled bars. Sprinkle the cranberries on top.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each one. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a Ziploc bag, cut off the corner, and drizzle it over the frosting.
Slice into individual servings and enjoy.
