Baked Pork Chops
Easy way to bake pork chops is with mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese!
- 1 lb. pork chops thin and boneless
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1.2 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 6-8 oz cheddar cheese yellow, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add pork chops to an oven proof skillet (cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel). Season them with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Slice onion very thin and spread sliced onions over the top of the meat. Spread mayonnaise over the onions and then top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes until cheese is nice and crisp on top.
