As a rule most recipes are quick meals that can be cooked in less than an hour and with not too many elaborate ingredients.

I love cooking and all the perks that come with it: discovering new recipes, perfecting old ones, sharing them with the family and of course eating.
As a matter of fact, I cook so much, I stopped eating out in 2016 and never looked back. Home cooked food is always more delicious, more nutrient rich and has no unhealthy additives! And you are always in control of what goes into your body in your own kitchen. I just wish I started doing that years ago!
