I'm using 4th of July as an excuse to serve my martinis and margaritas. They are light, refreshing and just come together in minutes. Well, well, my 4th of July drinks are served here and I will make sure no one has to think too hard about their next drink while barbecuing.
👉 Red Sangria (includes Mocktail version)
Red sangria is my crowd control tool in a pitcher: bold, easy, and flexible enough to keep both the drinkers and the designated drivers in the same good mood!

Spicy peach margaritas are the plot twist of summer drinks: it starts off sweet and harmless, then the heat kicks in and suddenly everyone's paying closer attention. Watch out for spicy peaches! Love them!

👉 Strawberry Margarita on the Rocks (No Mix)
Strawberry margaritas on the rocks are the no-cheat-code upgrade from the mix version: same fun energy, but sharper, cleaner, and way better. I use fresh strawberries to make it. ALWAYS fresh.

👉 S'mores Martini
A s'mores martini is pure nostalgia running a con in a cocktail glass: it looks like dessert, hits like a drink, and makes the whole night feel a little less grown-up - on purpose. Pair it with my S'mores Cheesecake and Mini S'mores Skillet Cookies if you want to take a longer trip into your childhood. I do it all the time. Trust me it works.

Peach Ginger Mocktail is the drink you reach for when you want to stay sharp but still look like you're in the middle of the action. It's bright, a little fiery, and definitely not the boring "I'm not drinking tonight" option. It's the kind of glass you would slam down on the table between important life missions (such as making dinner or cleaning the basement). I will publish this magical recipe next week.

Classic Cooler Station (Non-Alcoholic)
For everyone pacing themselves (or skipping alcohol), I suggest to set up a classic cooler and drink station with:
- Cherry Coke. THE wildcard in the cooler - pure nostalgia and caffeine in one move, the thing nobody plans on and everybody ends up reaching for.
- Diet Coke is the operator's drink: sharp, efficient, zero fluff, like the quiet background process keeping the whole day running on time.
- Coke
- Water (still or sparkling) is the insurance policy that keeps the day from going off the rails - invisible when it's there, a problem the second it's not.
- Lemonade is the soft reboot: bright, easy, and just tart enough to wake you up without slowing you down.
- Iced tea and sweet tea are the long-game play - slow, steady, and built for the person who plans to be there from the first burger to the last sparkler.
- Combine the last two and you got yourself Arnold Palmer!
