S’mores Martini is creamy, chocolatey cocktail that tastes like a boozy version of your favorite campfire treat. Gooey marshmallow and graham cracker crumb rim and chocolate syrup drizzled glass, topped with toasted marshmallows — it’s truly the grown-up dessert cocktail for summer nights and bonfires.

It’s a S’mores Martini to die for! I can’t even begin to describe how delicious this S’mores Martini is! It’s the best dessert in drink form — a dessert more than a cocktail really, but it could work for LOTS of people including myself. When it’s hot outside, nothing beats a toasty fire, brown liquor, and s’mores. Let’s see if we can bring all those elements together into a cocktail to keep you warm this summer.
This S’mores Martini has it all — chocolate, Baileys, heavy cream, vodka and toasted marshmallows combine to make the most delicious drinkable S’mores ever. For the martini glass I coated the outer edge with chocolate and rolled the rim in crushed graham cracker. If you love campfire S’mores you’d be crazy not to try this! Cheers!

S’mores Martini Ingredients
- Vodka — There are so many vodkas you can use to make S’mores martinis. I love to use Smoke lab vodka, Whipped Vodka, Ketel One Vodka, Marshmallow Vodka, Vanilla Vodka. You can also use brandy or Toasted Marshmallow Bourbon instead of vodka.
- Irish Cream Liqueur — The Baileys adds richness and body to the cocktail helping it to feel silky and luxurious; it also gives that subtle whiskey flavor which mimics the toasted edges of a s’more.
- Heavy cream — use freshly whipped cream.
- Chocolate liqueur — I used Godiva, other good options include Cocoa, Chocolate syrup or Heavens chocolate liqueur.
- Graham Crackers – I even have the chocolate and graham cracker rim!
- Jumbo Marshmallows — You can always go for the tiny ones. Why not?

How to make S’mores Martini
Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain liquid into martini glass. It should have a nice froth to it, which is what let me do the chocolate swirl. If you want to, you can toast some marshmallows as a garnish.
This might sound like a dessert with vodka in it, but that doesn’t change the fact that S’mores Martini looks and tastes delicious!

How to rim the glass
There are 3 ways to rim martini glass with equally beautiful results.
- Graham cracker crumbs: Roll the rim of the martini glass in the chocolate syrup then dip into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the edge. This is my preferred way and the easiest one to clean the glass after.
- Ganache rim: Just dip the rim of the glass into melted ganache or a chocolate-based mixture, then add a coating of crushed cookies.
- Marshmallow fluff: You can also use marshmallow fluff and burn it:).

Variations & Substitutions
- Marshmallow vodka is pretty easy to get hold of on Amazon and it’s CRAZY how much it tastes like actual marshmallows. It’s so good you could drink it neat even though I would advise against that!! If you can’t get any, you can use vanilla vodka or whipped cream vodka which work just as well.
- Toasted Marshmallow Bourbon is another great alternative to vanilla vodka.
- I used Godiva chocolate liqueur in this recipe. Another great brand is Mozart, or alternatively you can use crème de cacao which is a lighter more cocoa-forward version of the chocolate liqueur we used.
- Use Baileys, Butterscotch Sauce or Baileys Smores (yes, they make that).
Tips and tricks for S’mores martini success
- Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows, but if you’re using a broiler, keep a close eye to avoid burning. You want golden brown, not charred,
- You can also drizzle a little chocolate inside of the glass to make an aesthetically pleasing look from the outside.
- To really amp up the flavor you can try adding a tiny dash of smoky whiskey or mezcal which would add a lovely campfire twist.

Serving suggestions
If you’re serving a crowd, this Campfire S’mores scales really well (we ALWAYS make these at campfires). Just mix everything in a large jug then shake in batches. Use Marshamallow fluff for rimming the glasses and you’re all set.
Storage
- This S’mores cocktail is best enjoyed as soon as it’s poured, it’s all about that fresh, cold and creamy texture!
- Freeze: You can briefly freeze it, if making the martini at home to make the glass look more frosted.
