Main Ingredients
Chicken tenders. I love using chicken tenders or chicken thighs in these type of recipes. Chicken tenders are the best one to get, it’s the full piece of tenderloin from the chicken. Feel free to change the chicken tenders to chicken breasts, or even another protein. But I really urge you to use the chicken tenders.
Spaghetti. My pasta choice for this delicious dinner is spaghetti. It’s comfort food. Tasty, savory and carby. I have a dog who would steal a piece when he can. When tossed with a little raw garlic, olive oil, crushed dry red peppers, and of course black pepper, and even some chopped grape tomatoes.. What can be better?
Heavy cream and cheese. To make the sauce we will use butter, heavy cream and cheese.
How to cook pasta
Cook pasta after you make the sauce so that pasta is fresh. Besides, when pasta is hot it can absorb the sauce very well making it so very tasty.
If you like pasta that is neither too hard nor too soft, always cook it Al Dente. You will drain, but not rinse the pasta in order for the sauce to stick. Drain, but do not rinse!
