Spicy Maple Glazed Roasted Sweet Potatoes is an easy to make roasted sweet potato recipe! Full of sweet and spicy flavor!Spicy Maple Glazed Roasted Sweet Potatoes

If you make sweet potatoes regularly, you’re probably aware that they go well with any main dish. Especially, if you love a tasty holiday side dish. I just love a good potato side dish! I am happy to say that I was so impressed with the flavors in these roasted sweet potatoes, that we had them devoured in no time!

    HOW TO ROAST SWEET POTATOES

Maple glazed sweet potatoes are simply roasted sweet potatoes that are coated with maple syrup, paprika, and salt!  We add roasted turkey breast to this recipe to make it a complete nutritious meal.

To make these roasted sweet potatoes you start by cutting them up.  This process takes about 5 minutes, and you will be working with 3 large potatoes.  Then you will add them to a large bowl. Next, add olive oil, maple syrup and paprika and stir them together.

You will also prepare a cooking sheet and line it with parchment paper. This will make clean-up so much easier!

Now, remove the sweet potatoes from the bowl to a cooking sheet.  You will roast them in the oven at 400 F. for 30 to 35 minutes. At this point, you will set a timer for 15 minutes. Once you hear the timer, stir the potatoes and then return them back to the oven. There they will finish cooking for 15 more minutes.

Once the sweet potatoes finish roasting, you will transfer them onto a serving dish. They taste the best when fresh. However, you can also make them a day in advance and refrigerate them until then.Spicy Maple Glazed Roasted Sweet Potatoes
