I definitely eat more chicken thigh than any other protein! No wonder Iโve dedicated an entire category to my favorite easy chicken breast recipes. Chicken thighs (usually paired up with sweet potatoes, green beans or spaghetti carbonara) are versatile and easy to cook protein.
Delicious lemon garlic chicken thighs and green beans or baked chicken thighs in garlic mustard sauce are my go-to for quick and easy weeknight dinners.
